Our clinical standards
Mediflora is a doctor-led Australian telehealth clinic. These are the standards we hold ourselves to — the things that should be true of your care every time, not just on a good day.
Doctor-led, AHPRA-registered care
Every consultation is led by a doctor registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You can verify any practitioner's registration on the public AHPRA register. Care is overseen by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr James Slade.
A full assessment, not a questionnaire
Your first appointment is a full initial assessment in which a doctor reviews your history, asks about your goals, and builds an individualised care plan with you. We don't substitute an online form for a clinical conversation.
Structured follow-up and continuity
Follow-up is built into your care plan, not left to chance. Reviews are scheduled, documented in your patient portal, and handled by a clinical team that stays with you over time.
Evidence-informed practice
Our care is evidence-informed and reviewed against authoritative Australian sources such as healthdirect, the RACGP, and the TGA. Clinicians work from structured clinical references, and patients receive plain-English education as part of their care.
Privacy-first
We operate under the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information is confidential, and we do not publish patient testimonials or before/after content. See our privacy policy.
Open to feedback
If something falls short of these standards, we want to know. You can make a complaint at any time — it's handled confidentially and never affects your care.
Honest about scope
Mediflora is a telehealth clinic, not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 000. Our services are not Medicare-rebatable, and our pricing is published so you know costs before you book.
Care you can hold to a standard.
Doctor-led · AHPRA-registered · telehealth Australia-wide.
