Mediflora Organic Health Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy. Why we collect it
To provide and document your care, communicate with you, manage bookings and payments, meet our legal and clinical-governance obligations, and improve our services. We collect health information only with your consent and only as needed for your care.
How we store and protect it
Your information is stored in secured clinical and business systems with access limited to those who need it for your care. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
When we share it
We share your information only where appropriate for your care or where required by law — for example, with your treating pharmacy to dispense a prescription, with another clinician you've asked us to coordinate with (such as your GP, with your consent), or with regulators where legally obliged. We do not sell your information, and we do not publish patient testimonials or before/after content.
